You can also adjust the visibility of your Pay & Request profile, manage permissions for our mobile app, control communication preferences, and exercise your rights under relevant privacy laws.

7. Notice to California and Virginia Residents

This section provides additional details about the personal information we collect about California and Virginia residents and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”).

Please note that the CCPA does not apply to certain nonpublic personal information collected by financial institutions (like BlazeTrade), as other financial privacy laws apply. The VCDPA also does not apply to BlazeTrade entities that are financial institutions.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request details about the categories and specific elements of personal information collected.
  • Delete your personal information.

If you are a California or Virginia resident, you have the right to request CCPA or VCDPA-related actions. California residents can submit requests through their BlazeTrade account settings or by emailing privacy@blazetrades.com. If you are a Virginia resident and BlazeTrade cannot fulfill your VCDPA-related request, you can appeal by emailing privacy@blazetrades.com.

8. Children

BlazeTrade does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 on our Services. If we learn that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. 9. Transfer of Information

BlazeTrade's Services are currently designed for use in the United States.
